Facilitated Workshops designed to help your work groups and teams cooperate and collaborate more effectively in order to RESOLVE development issues, and achieve the tasks, goals and aspirations you have set for yourselves.
Facilitated Workshops for half price + expenses only whilst, together we both build up our collaboration experience. However, you are welcome to top up the fees based on results/experience at your own discretion.

Facilitated Workshops are a goal oriented process planed and run by an independent facilitators to help you and your team collaborate more effectively to RESOLVE issues and get things done. Workshops can be facilitated onsite, online or, using hybrid modalities to suit your budget. All whilst building valuable experience and collaboration within your teams and with SeTs Ryu.
As independent project and process guides, we help you to break down silos or barriers and bridge the gaps between your team members and knowledge systems. We do this in part by removing circular discussions, promoting a more democratic decision making process, providing an environment free(mostly) from work-life distractions and, exercises to that enable team members to 'work alone, together'.
Our facilitators are also qualified education experts (Teachers) with business, finance and IT Project management training and work experience.
