An open day where we meet, greet and present all the activities and plans for the new year.
We present the new schedule and activity groups along with other early warning news.
Lii-Kan Jitsu's activities are divided into five activity groups. You can join all of them or just the ones you are interested in.

MORE INFORMATION
The club is primarily a self-defense club based on Lii-Kan Jitsu, but also offers many other loosely related activity groups.
There are now 5 activity groups shown below. You can join all or any one of them.
Self-defense and security
- Lii-Kan Jitsu martial arts (Shorinjitsu, Kyusho, Chi Kung, kickboxing, etc.)
- Intervening in conflicts, NLP, security and risk management
- Kyusho
- Study Group (Kyusho International)
Parkour
- Mobility
- Functional fitness and mobility
Martial Mayhem & Gaming
- Nerfing (Nerf Wars)
- Boffing
Social events
- Training Excursions. E.g. Mega Zone and wall climbing etc.
- Casual meals & Mojitas (or lemonade for the kids ;-)
Please, bring the finished MAF to your first practice or even better to the open house itself.
