PERSONAL TRAINER SERVICE PACKAGES & PRICING PLANS: PTS Packs are personalized training workouts and programmes with or without Live-in-Person (LiP) workouts, and/or, online Live-on-Video (LoV) feedback & consultation sessions, plus some other online support and community services and benefits. Personalised programmes are created by your PT specifically for you and your personal needs. The convenience benefits of AI notwithstanding, these are hand-made programmes by a real live human being! Coaching and Training can be live on-site, live on-line using video conferencing & other tuition tools, or a hybrid of the two. The common alternatives are: 1. Order a custom made Training Exercise Programme (TEP) on paper or in pdf format that you can follow at your leisure.   2. If you have already acquired or created your own programme, you can subscribe purely for online coaching support. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for information or, go direct to the package(s) available on the Additional Coaching & Treatment Services (ACTS) pages. 3. Subscribe for an hour long live PT coaching session, online or onsite. These can be full consultation/coaching sessions, or just to ensure that your SeTs coach is online and reserved during your workout to answer any questions you might have. They can even coach and cheer you on from  the virtual side lines if you leave a live video stream running.

For best effect, a hybrid programme that combines both is recommended. The basic or, default scheme is the monthly meetup that includes one live on-site coaching session per month, complemented with the on-line training programme accessible via the mobile app, replete with pictures, videos and written instructions, plus timers to chivy you along at a suitable pace, just like a follow-along video, but better. You can also supplement this with on-line video coaching/consultation sessions in which we can view live of yourself action and/or, review pre-recorded videos for help and feedback purposes using the chat lines and tracking system. The online account also gives you access to various chat and discussion forums with both the coach and the broader SeTs community for 24/7 social support.

Onsite training is commonly conducted at the Loft Gym, Keran Hallit, (Karantie 2, 02610 Espoo), for which you will need a entrance ticket, day pass, or gym membership. However, for special customer agreements, training can also be arranged at local outdoor and municipal centre gyms, or even your own gym subject to their time-rental requirements. Training styles such as water-based aerobics & cardio-resistance training  obviously require the use of a local swimming pool.

Concept & Style-based Fitness Programmes

PRESET ONLINE TRAINING PACKS & PRICE PLANS: ​Fitness & Strength Training (FAST) Preset Online Packages & Pricing Plans (POP) Packs are standardised training workouts and programmes . They are Train Alone & Follow-along workouts, plus some online services and community support. SeTs also designs and coaches training concept & style-based training programmes for developing Functional Fitness & Strength capabilities. Workouts are grouped by training style & attributes such as condition, location & equipment used, or on a functional concept such as Parkour (motility & mobility) and self-defence skills. These are online preset programmes for a monthly subscription, but can also be coached live onsite with a personal training agreement for individuals and small groups. Currently available training groups can be found on our events and activities calendar, under the 'Upcoming Events' link. Several preset programmes are currently under development and/or review, and are still to be notified​. Featured Concept Programmes include self-defense augmented training programmes called  ''Kuntao' (Fighting Fit), and  Parkour based motility and mobility fitness training programmes. Other featured programmes draw on attributes and characteristics of Football, Squash (Racquetball sports) and more. The training programmes are accessible via the web and the mobile app which provides workout instructions so that you can work at your own pace, or,  follow-along with the timed workout. ​All packages are supported with our help and feedback chat group, community social & support groups, periodic webinars and other benefits. Optional activities and services are also available to help enhance your training.

Additional Coaching & Training Services

COACHING ONLINE SUPPORT

If you have already acquired or created your own programme, you can subscribe purely for online coaching support from a real live human being. We are a lot less likely to 'hallucinate' than an AI avatar tool and our appraisals are not limited just to the explicit input you provide. These are a monthly subscription service that requires less commitment on your part compared to a normal custom or personalised training programme.

HABIT & LIFE-STYLE COACHING

One of the hardest aspects of creating a healthy life-style, is getting started and making it sustainable. Work and family/home life can really sap all your time and energy leaving little time for any extra, but without the healthy life-style, we cannot sustain those for very long either. The less of a chore it is, and the more of a habit the activities become, the more likely will will develop a sustainable life-style. It is a logical process, but one that usually requires some support and guidance to get it established.

Nutrition & Meal Management

Nutrition is an important part of any training programme if you are ambitious and serious in your intentions to better yourself.  Meal Management is the nutritional version of habit coaching, where as full nutrition planning and management requires much more specialist expertise. It is one of those fields of study that exemplifies a popular Finnish proverb, 'Why are opinions like arseholes? Everyone has got one!' In cases where we are unable to provide the service ourselves yet, we may operate a referrals service to trusted third-party experts.

User Groups, Webinars & Meetups

FACE User Group services are facilitated activities and user groups for Festivals, social learning Activities and meet-ups, Competitions and challenges, and other Events such as webinars, seminars & training workshops. We call them FACE groups. Some FACE services are already part of other training subscription features. If not, then they need to be subscribed for separately.
