Hygiene is of course important in all such contact activities, along with suitable clothing. We train in bare feet or gymnastics slippers for the main training. We also use indoor training shoes for the more serious Parkour training during regular sessions. Long-sleeved college shirts and trousers are advisable, otherwise, T-shirts will do for the open day and tracksuits are fine as long as there are no zips. Obviously, no jewelry can be worn. Basically, anything that can cause injury to yourself or others is not permitted.
