Workout Classes

Workout Classes  are weekly open-ended activity training sessions ranging from Fitness and Strength groups to concept-based 'Functional Fitness' Classes related to our sports and street-arts programmes for Parkour and Self-defense etc. We also have Parkour (mobility training) and self-defence class based on Lii-Kan Jitsu for youth and adults. Lii-Kan Jitsu is a modern personal protection system based on Japanese Jiu Jitsu with considerable influence from some Chinese Kung Fu and Phillipine Kali/Escrima styles. This core martial art system 'Shorinjitsu' is supplemented with Chi Kung (Active meditation), Kyusho (anotomical weak point studies), Parkour for mobility and proffessioinal skills from modern security and risk management training and work experience.
