Cancellation Policy

Applicants, ie. Students or other participants must observe and respect the codes of conduct and terms and conditions of attendance and participation in the class and on our websites. CONDUCT AND GENERAL BEHAVIOUR Respect, courtesy, and moral ethics are paramount in any good activity class or club. As always, respect works both ways or not at all, and mutual trust is essential. Temper loss and displays of anger in training are cause for immediate expulsion from the class for that day or for a permanent ban from training in the class if the behaviors are repeated or even if it is merely believed that they are likely to be repeated. HEALTH & SAFETY We do not store personal and confidential information such as health issues on our website CRM system. If you have any health issues that might in any way possibly affect the safe participation of yourself or anyone else in any of the training activities, you must inform us, in person or by email prior to the training session so that we can assess your situation and advise you accordingly. You are strongly advised to contact us prior to booking in to an activity class, workshop or course. At the end of the day, "if there is any doubt, there is no doubt," consult your doctor and get professional advice and permission. Whilst your condition may not preclude you from training with us, we reserve the right to refuse admission if we have any doubts at all about your safe participation in the activity. Anything less than full-disclosure of any issues is grounds for refusal of admission, or a permanentl ban. SECURITY: Some training activities such as self-defence and martial arts related activities carry a much more onerous responsibility of due care about who we teach and how those students do or do not use what they have learned in the training sessions. Any misuse or abuse of the knowledge and skills gained is grounds for an immediate and permanent ban from SeTs Ryu and its activities without refund or recourse. We require full disclosure of criminal records or any incidents or issues arising in these respects before booking. Non-compliance with any of our codes of conduct will result in a ban from SeTs Ryu, its services, and its website memberships, without refund or recourse. Whatever the case, SeTs reserves the Right of Admission (ROAR) at the sole discretion of the class instructor regardless of any grounds and without need for justification. Their decision is final!
