Is your teenager ready to take control of their personal safety? Our Self-Defense 4 Youth program is specifically designed for young adults aged 13-17 who want to build practical skills and unshakeable confidence.
Based on Japanese Jiu Jitsu with elements of Kung Fu and Kyusho, our training combines realistic, effective techniques with modern psychology and conflict management strategies. This isn't combat sports training—it's primarily focused on developing the awareness and skills that prevent problems before they escalate.

Our Self-Defence 4 Youth classes run weekly with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure personalized attention. A minimum of 4 participants is required for each session. Classes are 60 minutes of engaging, practical training where your teen will move, learn, and have fun with peers. You can also combine them with other classes for a full workout and enhanced benefit.
We offer flexible payment options to suit your family's needs: pay per class, or purchase discounted 5- or 10-class packs. Members (10-Pack) also get access to our online learning resources and private study group forums for continued support between sessions.

ABOUT SETS RYU
